This part of the website provides guidance on how to
complain to the BBA.
Our role is to provide reassurance about construction products
and systems, especially innovative ones by:
- testing, assessing and certifying products
and systems;
- inspecting the installation of products
and systems
- assessing the competence of
installers
If after reading this information you wish to address a
complaint to the BBA, please be assured that we will treat it
seriously and ensure that:
- it is acknowledged;
- we get back to you quickly if we need
additional information;
- it is dealt with in a considered, careful
and timely way;
- a site visit is carried out promptly if we
think that it can help resolve the complaint:
- you are kept informed of progress and
advised of the outcome of our investigation.
Please note that any report produced by the BBA will be
confidential to the BBA and the company under investigation.
