Building Regulations and guidance have been amended across the UK several times during 2022, mainly covering fire safety, energy economy and ventilation.
BBA Certificates are to be updated to allow for these new requirements, but users should be aware that this will take some time and that, in the meantime, the Regulations quoted and the associated comments may not be valid.
